Step 1

Within 48 hours of instruction, the relevant notice (S33, AT6 and Notice to Quit) is served on your tenant.

In most cases, this is the only action necessary.

If the tenant fails to comply with the notice then the next stage is Step 2.

If you would prefer to serve a rent demand letter before issuing the relevant notice detailed in Step 1 this can be arranged.
